By accessing and using Vistacker, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and Cyrush LLC. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Cyrush LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of Vistacker following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
Vistacker is a CLI-first task management tool that lets you organize tasks in stacks and vaults, sync across devices, and optionally encrypt your data client-side. The service is provided via a hosted API, a command-line interface, and a companion iOS app.
You may sign in using a supported OAuth provider (GitHub or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access tokens and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your privacy is important to us. Vistacker syncs your tasks and notes over TLS-encrypted connections. You may optionally enable client-side AES-256 encryption so your data is encrypted before it leaves your device — in that mode, the server stores only ciphertext and never sees plaintext content.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and retention practices.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cyrush LLC and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Vistacker offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Cyrush LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cyrush LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Cyrush LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if Cyrush LLC has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyrush LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of Vistacker, your violation of any terms of this agreement, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Cyrush LLC may terminate or suspend your access to Vistacker at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use Vistacker will cease immediately. Data deletion requests can be submitted by contacting us.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

This agreement, along with any other legal notices published by Cyrush LLC on Vistacker, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cyrush LLC concerning Vistacker and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
